Aflatoxin ELISA Test Kit

ScreenEZ® Aflatoxin ELISA Test Kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the screening of food and feed samples on the presence of this mycotoxin. The ELISA kit contains 96 wells microtiter plate precoated with specific antibody, conjugate, reagents, and standards, required to perform the test. Materials and chemicals necessary for extraction are not included in the test kit.

ScreenEZ Nitro Test and Tetra Test Kit

The rapid test kit is using colorimetric assay for screening of feed, veterinary drugs (powder), premix, milk powder for animals and feed supplements on the presence of Nitrofuran group (Furazolidone, Nitrofurazone, Furaltadone, Nitrofurantoin and Nitrovin , and the others are Roxarsone and Zoalene) and Tetracycline group (Chlortetracycline and Oxytetracycline).

The test kit is inexpensive and easy to use.
The detection limit is 10 ppm.
Thirty (30) replicates can be performed with a test kit.
The assay procedure is so simple that on-site testing is also applicable and the result can be obtained immediately. However, confirmation is needed for the positive result.
The result can be visual obtained by using magnifier.
To interpret the result precisely, a stereomicroscope (10-20 X) should be used.
